Payment responsibility

Travellers are expected to follow the instructions of guides, drivers, accommodation staff, park authorities, and other responsible personnel.
We will exercise reasonable care in arranging the services included in your confirmed booking.
However, we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances caused by independent suppliers, third parties, government authorities, natural events, delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
